I had a pleasant stay at Sovrano Hotel Batam Fka Parkside Sovrano. The location is great, being near the Grand mall and within walking distance to BCS mall. The hotel is also conveniently close to coffeeshops and food places, making it easy to find something to eat. The WiFi was reliable for casual browsing and the showers had strong water pressure, providing a refreshing wash. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

While my stay was enjoyable, I did notice a couple of minor issues. There were some stains on the bedsheet and the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was busted.

The room I stayed in had good water pressure and a cold AC which was perfect for the hot weather outside. I also appreciated the availability of prayer space in the room.

Located near to a mall and several local eateries, this hotel has a great location. The staff provides a friendly, professional service that made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the room has a toilet that is clean and modern.

The hotel room was small, cramped, and lacked several basic amenities like a kettle, minibar, and iron board. The bedsheet and pillowcase didn't seem as clean as we would have liked.

The hotel is situated in a great location, near the Grand Mall and plenty of local eating places. the rooms are kept clean and the staff is well-trained, providing a memorable customer service experience. Despite having smaller rooms, the toilets are of sufficient quality and offer a good shower experience.

Guests might be disappointed that the rooms do not come equipped with essential facilities like fridges, wardrobes or cupboards to hang clothes.

Another advantage is the comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep throughout the stay.
